These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of InsideReview.site and our services (the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using InsideReview.site, you agree to be bound by these TOS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in the United States to use InsideReview.site. If you do not meet these criteria, you may not use the Services.

3. Account Creation & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

• Plans are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans at any time.

5. Use of Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL INSIDEREVIEW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TOS.

OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any reason, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and delete all copies of our software.

11. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

12. Changes to TOS

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified TOS.
